I’ve renewed a few essential baking pans. I don’t know why they’re all gold, but that seems to be the new non-stick color:
- Nordic Ware 9 inch square pan—because the 9 x 13 pan makes more cake or brownies than two seniors should be eating!
- Nordic Ware 12 cup muffin tin. My old one is long gone and all I had was a six cup extra large tin.
- OXO jelly roll pan. I never had a jelly roll pan before, and I might actually bake such a cake in the future, but I really wanted a way to bake cookies in a pan and just cut them into squares. Here’s the Nestle recipe for chocolate chip pan cookies.
