Occasionally, I’ll post about cooking tools I’d like to have in the near or distant future. I’m thinking right now about getting a bamboo or stainless steel steamer. This video makes a good argument for bamboo, but the ease of cleaning the metal one in the dishwasher is tempting. I think I’d like to try steamed dumplings, or something with more of a wow factor, like these steamed meat-filled buns.
